We commit to maintaining transparency while communicating so that the process becomes easy to understand.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation and Refund Policy &#8211; Know the Cancelation Rules<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BSME2E allows cancelation of your digital spaces before the activation of your store. <\/span>You can cancel before admin approval. However, if you cancel for the digital space <strong>after<\/strong> receiving admin approval, we will charge cancellation fees based on the timing of your cancellation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">25% cancelation charges will be levied if canceled after 48 hours. (If the cancelation is made before 48 hours, we will refund the full amount within a few working days).<\/span><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50% cancelation charges will be levied if canceled after the admins\u2019 approval.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100% cancelation fee will be charged if canceled after store activation (non-refundable). <\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund eligibility<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>BSME2E offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for its digital store space bookings. You can cancel your booking before the start date, which is the day you officially begin using the store for marketing or trading. However, we will not accept the cancellations after you have started using the space. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the descriptions of each store size variation carefully before making a purchase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund process<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>You <strong>can request a refund<\/strong> by visiting your dashboard. Here&#8217;s how:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>1. Go to your account:<\/strong> Head to the &#8220;My Account&#8221; section.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>2. Click on bookings:<\/strong> This will show all your past and upcoming reservations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>3. Choose the digital space you want to cancel:<\/strong> Select the specific space you no longer need.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>4.
