
how to make khari boond1 Cup Besan Flour
3 Tbsp Rice Flour
¾ Cup Water
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (adjust to taste)
1 small pinch Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Peanuts
6 Curry leaves
4 cloves Garlic
Oil – For fryingFirst take a mixing bowl and add the besan flour, rice flour, asafoetida, salt, ½ tsp of the red chilli powder, baking soda and mix nicely. Add the water, mix thoroughly without any lumps. Look at the pic for batter consistency. Adjust water quantity accordingly.Now heat the oil in a pan for frying
This oreo shake is just minute maid item.

How to make sutriya
1 _ cup wheat 🌾 make dough using water 💦 gradually ,Roll tha Roti using Rolling pin allow sutriya to dry atleast 30 mint, after fry it
For curry:
Ingredients:-
Chickpeas /kabul chana soaked over night ,coconut milk,onion,green chilli,bay leaf,cinnamon,black pepper,ginger,garlic,chilli powder and coriander powder.
Instruction:
Pressure cook the chickpeas by adding one green chilli ,half onion,a piece of cinnamon and a bay left till done.
Now take a pan add oil add in onions and one green chilli saute till the onions become soft .add salt according to your taste.
Add fresh ginger garlic paste saute for few couple of minutes.
Roast one spoon chilli powder and 2 table spoon coriander powder on low flame till the raw smell goes.
Add this roasted powder to the pan, add turmeric saute few minutes now add pressure cooked chickpeas and cook for three to five minutes .
now add coconut milk and leave it on for two minutes.
Garnish with coriander .
For puri:
Take one cup maida three cups wheat flour add salt,Semolina,One table spoon curd add water and make a dough.
Take a small ball of dough and make puri,fry it in oil .
crispy,fluffy and soft puris are ready.
This is mostly made during the month of Ramadan.

*make paste of few almonds ,green chilli and poppy seeds add it to the pan
*add milk and malai/cream
*Here i have added malai. add required water and panner cutted in cubes.
*Garnish with coriander and lemon.

Ingredients for 1kg Rice
1]Rice- 1kg
2]Oil
2] 4 Tomatoes
3] 2 Onion
4] Coriander & Mint Leaves
5] kasturi mehti
6] Garlic & Ginger
7] Garam Masala-(cumin,cardamoms,cinnamon,cloves), bay leaf, coriander powder
8] Vegetables: Carrot, beans,peas,potatoes
How to Make Veg Tahari
1] Wash rice a few times. Drain the water. Soak for 30 minutes and Drain it to a colander. Set this aside.
2] While the rice soaks, You can wash & Cut the veggies, it should in fine shape.
3] Heat a bowl with oil around 250ml. add bay leaf
4] Add Onion which are sliced and Fry them until golden to light brown.
5] Add sliced tomatoes and keep stirring until it becomes soft.
6] Add ginger and garlic paste. Saute for a minute.
7] Regulate the flame to low. Add all the spices powders- garam masala, Coriander powder, Red chilli powder and salt.
8] Saute just for a minute. Do not burn this.
9] Add all the veggies- potatoes,beans,peas,Carrots.
10] Fry them on a medium flame for 2-3minutes.
11] Drain the rice completely and add it. Fry stirring gently for 2 minutes. Do not over Stir, the rice can break.
12] Pour water upto 1litre. Mix and check the salt. Bring the water to a rapid boil on a slightly high flame.
13] Add Coriander leaves. Close the bowl with a lid and Adjust the flame to medium.
14] after 10-12 minutes remove the lid. Fluff up the Rice and wait until the rice is cooked properly.
15] Now Veg tahari is ready to be served.

Here I am sharing the sandwich recipe.
In a mixing bowl take the mayo and whisk well. Add all the chopped vegetables , salt, chilli flakes and black pepper powder.
Take a buttered bread slice and spread a thick layer of prepared vegetable mixture. Cover with another buttered bread slice.
Toast or Grilled the sandwich.
Now the sandwich is ready to eat or serve or pack it in a tiffin.

So now here are some steps to make apple shake which helps you to include this in your diet plan .
Ingredients
1.some apples
2.some dates
3.milk
4.honey
At first boil a full glass of milk and let it cool in the room temperature.
Then keep it in the fridge for half an hour.
Peel an apple and cut it into small fine pieces
Take 3-4 dates and remove the seed before using it.
Then take this all ingredients in a jar and start grinding. And after a half grind add 2 tablespoons of honey and again grind it.
Now the apple shake is ready to serve.
