Tutti frutti cake Instruction
(1)Take dry ingredients (all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda) in a bowl.
(2)Whisk it until everything is incorporated well
(3)Take a spoonful of the flour mixture and add it into the tutti frutti bowl.
(4)Mix and coat all of them with flour
(5)Take oil and sugar in another large bowl.
(6)Whisk it well until combined.
(7) remaining wet ingredients (milk, vanilla, vinegar).
(8)Whisk everything together. (9)Add dry flour mixture into the wet mixture.
(10)Whisk it using a wire whisk until it comes together like a batter.
(11)Add flour-coated tutti-frutti
(12)Fold that into the batter.
(13) into prepared loaf pan. Spread the batter evenly using a spatula.
(14)Sprinkle sliced almonds on top. (This is optional, I have done it for presentation purposes only).
(15)Bake into the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Check the doneness by inserting a skewer or dry spaghetti into the center of the cake and it should come out clean.Let the tutti frutti cake cool down in the pan itself for 5-10 minutes. Then loosen the sides using a butter knife. Then invert it onto the cooling rack and let it cool down completely. Slice and serve.
Double ka meetha is a desert of Hyderabadi state .
Double ka meetha is loved by everyone.
It is every once favorite.
First make the sugar syrup.and cool down to a room temperature.
Next take the breads .
using a sharp knife remove the crusts of bread .
slice each slice in to 2 parts .
And fry the bread with ghee.The bread has to fried untill golden brown and crispy.
Repeat with all the slices and keep it ready.
Next dip those fried bread slices in to milk for few minutes.
And remove those slices from milk and dip into the sugar syrup flipping it to coat both the sides.
Now place it on serving plate and sprinkle the fried nuts over it and enjoy the recipie.

How to make bagara khana
2 tbsp ghee / clarified butter ▢2 bay leaf / tej patta ▢½ tsp shah jeera ▢1 star anise ▢3 pod cardamom ▢1 black cardamom ▢1 mace / javitri ▢4 clove ▢1 inch cinnamon ▢1 onion (sliced) ▢2 chilli (slit) ▢1 tsp ginger paste ▢1 tsp garlic paste ▢2 tbsp mint / pudina (finely chopped) ▢2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped) ▢1 cup basmati rice (soaked 20 minutes) ▢2 cup water 2/3 tps Salt
firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp ghee. add saute 2 bay leaf, ½ tsp shah jeera, 1 star anise, 3 pod cardamom, 1 black cardamom, 1 mace, 4 clove and 1 inch cinnamon. now add 1 onion and saute well. further add 2 chilli, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste and saute until onions turn golden brown. additionally, add 2 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp coriander and saute until it turns aromatic. keeping the flame on low, add 1 cup basmati rice and saute for 2 minutes without breaking rice. now add 2 cup water and ¾ tsp salt. mix well. cover and simmer for 10 minutes. after 10 minutes, give a gentle mix making sure water is absorbed and is moist. cover and simmer for 10 more minutes, or until rice is cooked completely. finally, bagara rice recipe is ready



Step 3 bagara rice recipe is ready

Ingredients 2 onions, sliced 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp ginger, minced 500 grams lamb 3 medium aubergines 3 medium tomatoes salt, to taste 3 tsp coriander powder 2.5 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp pepper 0.5 tsp red chilli powder 0.25 tsp turmeric 3 whole green chillis
Heat some oil in a pot and add the sliced onions, garlic and ginger. I used red onions. Heat on medium/high till golden
Add the lamb and brown this in the oil till it no longer remains pink. Add all the spices during the last minute
Add 2 cups of water. Bring this to a boil and then cover and simmer on the low heat for approximately 50 minutes
Meanwhile, slice your aubergines into thin semi-circles and pan fry them on both sides till they begin to brown. Don't use a lot of oil, as aubergines soak up oil like a sponge so the more you use, the more they'll take in and the more oily your curry will end up being. Just use enough to prevent the aubergines from sticking to the bottom of the pan. You may need to do this in batches. Keep this aside
After the 50 minutes are up, add in the fried aubergines, whole green chilli and chopped tomatoes and cover again. Allow this to simmer on low for 15 minutes
Uncover and check the curry for spices and doneness. If the lamb still needs more time to cook, continue to simmer it with the lid on. If the lamb is done, then turn the heat up to high and begin to dry out the curry. We are aiming for a very thick and smooth gravy the consistency of smooth pasta sauce.
Once the curry has dried out to the right consistency, garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice 😋🤤

Every girls favorite is momos.
Withh out the spicy chutney momos has no taste .
momos Is also a type of healthy dish.

First prepare stuffing by heating 3 table spoon oil and add 3 clove garlic,1 inch ginger and 2 Chilli.
next add 1 onion and saute on high flame.
Further add 1 cup carrot and one cup cabbage and stir fry on high flame.
Now add 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2tsp salt.
And the stuffing mixture is ready.
Future take a small ball sized momos dough and faltten.
Now dust with maida and start to roll with a Rolling pin.
Roll to almost medium thin circle.around 5_4 inch in diameter.
Make sure you roll from sides and keep the centre slightly thick.
Now place a tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre.
Press in the middle and seal the momos forming a bundle
Heat a streamer and arrange the momos in the tray with out touching each other.
steam momos for 10 to 12 minutes.
finally veg momos recipie is ready and enjoy the momos with chutney.








take a cooker pour some oil for all ingredients in cooker and roast ingredients for 30 minutes

so let me share my favourite sweet recipe which can help you to make it with only few ingredients
Take a bowl and on the stove .add Ghee (3 spoon),Half cup milk ,Half cup sugar,Mix2 cup milk powder after melting sugar.
Stir well without forming lumbs ,Off the stove.
Then cool down and make balls by applying ghee to your arms.
Add few dry fruits for garnishing.
Now its ready to serve.
pani puri is a Indian street food loved by one and all.
pani puri is also known as golgappa.
pani puri is a street snack that is extremely popular in India.
It is a type of snack who can never say no to pani puri.
pizza is love but nothing beats pani puri.
First add coriander leaves ,mint leaves, and green Chilli in a grinder.
And add 1 table spoon tamarind and 4 table spoons of jaggery powder.
Now add 1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder,1 tea spoon chat Masada and salt per taste .
Add 1/3 cup water and grind to a smooth consistency.
Then remove the chutney ina bowl. And add 4 cups of water .you can add less or more water depending upon consistency you want.
Mix very well and cover the pan and refrigerate the pani.
Next boil 2 to 3 medium sized potatoes .
Next peel them chop them into small pieces.
Add 1 medium sized onion finely chopped.
Add coriander leaves,1/4 tea spoon red Chilli powder, 1 tea spoon chat Masala,1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder, and add salt as per taste. Mix well and keep it aside.
And the pooris are made from the flour or suji.
in a bowl take 1 cup suji,1 tea spoon oil,3 to 4 pinches of baking soda and 1/4 tea spoon salt.
with your fingers mix the oil evenly with suji.
Now add 1 table spoon maida to this mixture and mix again .
Add water and make the perfect dough.the dough should be elastic
cover the napkin and allow the dough to rest for 30 min .and make the chapatis with the dough with a small jar lid make a small balls.And fry them in a medium temperature oil.and your poori is ready
And the pani puri us ready to serve.
jalebi is a popular sweet snack in South and West Asia.
jalebi is loved by million people .
As well as effectively helps in controlling blood sugar levels in diabetic.
It is the desi dessert which every children loves to eat.
No craving Is bigger than the carving of desert.
Take a bowl and mix together all purpose floor,corn floor and baking soda.
Now add ghee and food colour to above mixture.and mix it well.
Mix well untill thick but slightly flowing consistency.
Keep it aside for 8_10 hours to ferment.
After that make sugar syrup and add saffron, cardamom powder
and rose essence.
Stir well to prepare final sugar syrup.
Now fill the batter in a muslin cloth.and pierce a small hole in the cloth.
Now just squeeze the muslin cloth and make concentric circles.
Fry jalebis untill they are crispy in texture and golden in colour.
Now soak the jalebis in sugar syrup for 3_4 minutes in warm sugar syrup.
Now remove jalebis from syrup and place it on tray.
And decorate it with saffron.

First take a smaller pan and grease the pan .
Add 3/4 cup sugar and 1 cup milk to a mixing bowl.
pour 2 table spoons butter In to it .Add 2 tea spoons coco powder in to it .until sugar dissolves completely place a sieve over the bowl.
next add 1 cup floor [a medium size cup].1 pinch salt .1 table spoon baking powder.1/2 table spoon baking soda into the bowl.
Mix them up lightly with a spoon.
transfer the batter to the cake tray.
and keep the cake tray in to the oven at 120 degrees. For 30 minutes.
when the cake is done you will begin to smell the baked cake.
let the cake be cool down .and next take a chocolate and use it to decorate the cake .
