1. My Passion Project:
a) Local Food Access.
2. How it aligns with my talent:
a) When my music generates sales, I use that money to buy some foodstuffs for my mom’s baby feeding project.
b) My music also relates to real life struggles of which is the lead cause of poverty in my community leading to malnutrition of kids around this place.
3. My Current Plan & Milestones:
a) My current plan is to make more music and have more sales so that I can be able to buy more foodstuffs for the kids.
b) I also plan to extend the project one day for it to be a rescue centre for orphans, widows, elderly and alcohol and drug addicts so as to benefit the community around me.
🏆Next Milestones;
a) We’re looking forward to be feeding over 200 kids with 2 or 3 meals per day if we get more funds. b) I want to be able to create awareness through my music too.
4. Present Progress Status:
a) We’re able to give hot porridge in the mornings to over 200 kids.
b) We’re trying to appeal to people of goodwill to donate to the project so that we can be able to feed over 200 kids with 3 meals per day.

2. Idea:
💬 Since I come from a ghetto situated in Nairobi Kenya, I’ve seen so many kids languishing in total abject poverty thus leading them to stop schooling, sleeping hungry and being abused. Many kids here are orphans while some come from families that are needy, some of their parents are either drugs or alcohol addicts. This led to the idea of why not try to do something for them. Atleast open a place where they can have some hot porridge in the mornings and some meals whenever funds allows. My mom and I came up with that idea and I thank her for running it and also some well-wishers.
3. Purpose:
🎯 The purpose behind this “Feed A Child Initiative” was to enable some kids from poor families to atleast have something to drink in the morning (porridge) and atleast have some fresh food to eat whenever we have funds to do that.
4. Structure;
🏠 My mom runs it and I too step in to assist her sometimes to go buy the products for cooking, looking for well-wishers and formal communication. The structure runs through donations from well-wishers and people of goodwill.
5. Impact:
👫 This project has impacted so many kids and families and restores hope to them. Many kids that were malnourished before are now nourished and in good health. Many families are now realising that taking good care of their kids should be their first priority no matter how life is hard.
6. Outcomes:
🌐 The project feeds about 200 to 300 kids everyday. But on many days it’s only porridge in the mornings but whenever funds allows us to they do get some fresh meals too.
