https://journal.binus.ac.id/index.php/winn… This study aims to analyze the role of digital maturity in assessing the responsiveness of e-government services. Using a scientometric method, the research evaluates relevant literature published from 2019 to 2024, sourced from the Scopus database, and applies RStudio and CiteSpace tools for data visualization and trend mapping. The findings reveal that high levels of digital maturity significantly enhance public service efficiency, transparency, and citizen engagement by facilitating the integration of technology, organizational transformation, and citizen-centric service development. The study highlights critical challenges, including gaps in digital infrastructure, low digital literacy, resistance to change within bureaucracies, and data security concerns, which hinder the full realization of responsive e-government systems. The originality of this research lies in its multidimensional approach, providing a strategic framework for evaluating e-government effectiveness based on digital maturity indicators such as accessibility, service quality, and public satisfaction. The study emphasizes the need for investments in secure and efficient infrastructure, comprehensive digital literacy programs, and fostering cross-sector collaboration among governments, private sectors, and civil society organizations to enhance digital transformation. Furthermore, it identifies opportunities for future studies to explore emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and big data, in advancing e-government transparency, efficiency, and inclusivity. This study contributes to the discourse on digital governance by positioning digital maturity as a critical enabler of adaptive and effective public services in an increasingly dynamic digital era.
https://www.igi-global.com/gateway/chapter… This paper discuss the themes of Social Responsibility towards animals as put forth in medieval Islamic work The Case of the Animals versus Man Before the King of the Jinn, by Ikhwān al-Ṣafā. The aim of this research is to analyze and investigate the philosophical basis of animal rights and how it relates to modern discourse. The research will explore, through qualitative content analysis, the narrative structure, arguments, and moral reasoning contained in the text. The results describe how the animals of the story bring up a plea against human exploitation by alluding to principles of justice. The findings indicate a deep critique of anthropocentrism through an emphasis on the intrinsic value of non-human beings. The conclusion posits that the text, while embedded in a historical and cultural context, offers timeless insights into the moral obligations of humans toward animals, putting forward a plea for the reconsideration. This research helps to contribute to interdisciplinary discussions that bridge classical Islamic thought, ethics, and modern animal rights advocacy marketing.
https://journal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jsm/… Rapid digital transformation has prompted organisations to improve digital maturity in response to increasingly complex cybersecurity challenges. This research aims to explore the relationship between digital maturity and the effectiveness of data security measures, with a bibliometric approach to analyze trends, patterns and gaps in related literature. Based on the literature review, digital maturity reflects the level of digital technology adoption integrated with organisational strategy and culture, which is shown to have a significant impact on strengthening data security measures. This study used a bibliometric analysis method based on data from Scopus, involving 315 documents analyzed with VOSviewer and RStudio software to visualize trends and relationships between key variables. The results show that organizations with high digital maturity tend to be more capable of implementing effective data security measures, such as encryption, multi-factor authentication, and cybersecurity frameworks. In addition, the adoption of technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) also contributes to increased resilience against cyber threats. However, the gap between theory and real applications remains a challenge, with the need for more applicable and contextualized models. This research provides important insights for policymakers and practitioners to support a secure and sustainable digital transformation.
