Ingredients
Mutton – This dish is best made using bone-in mutton pieces, as the bones release a lot of juice into the curry. Try to get the pieces from the legs of the goat.
If you don’t like bone-in mutton, you can also use boneless cubes.
Lamb meat can be used instead of goat mutton.
Oil – For an authentic taste, use mustard oil. You can also make it in ghee or any cooking oil.
Whole Spices – You will need aromatic spices like cloves (laung), black peppercorns (kali mirch), black cardamoms (badi elaichi), green cardamoms (hari elaichi), bay leaves (tajpatta), and cinnamon (dalchini).

INGREDIENTS TO USE :-
•1 cup sugar
•1 cup water
•3 ripe mangos (about 2 1/2 pounds)
•3 tablespoons lime juice
Pinch salt
•2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Process to make it :- 🥭
🌟 1) MAKE THE SIMPLE SYRUP:
Heat the sugar, salt, and water in a medium saucepan until the sugar and salt have completely dissolved. Set aside to cool.
🌟 2) PREPARE THE MANGO:
Use a vegetable peeler to peel the outside peel of the mangoes. Then cut the flesh away from the large flat white seed in the center of the mango.
•Discard the seed and peel. Rough chop the mango flesh. You should have about 3 1/2 to 4 cups of chopped mango.
🌟 3) BLEND THE MANGO, SIMPLE SYRUP, LIME JUICE:
Put the mango pieces, simple syrup, and lime juice into a blender. Blend until it completely become smooth..
🌟 4) CHILL:
Pour into a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until completely chilled.
🌟5) PROCESS IN AN ICE CREAM MAKER:
When ready to put the chilled lime mango purée into your ice cream maker, mix in the corn syrup.
•Process the mixture in your ice cream maker according to the ice cream maker directions. ( Don’t have ice cream maker? Use normal blender)
🌟6) FREEZE UNTIL FIRM:
Transfer mixture to a plastic storage container and freezer in your freezer until firm, at least 6 hours. And after that enjoy. 🌟

Ingredients To Use :-
FOR DOUGH:2 cup maida / plain flour
¼ tsp ajwain / carom seeds
½ tsp salt
¼ cup oil
½ cup water
FOR STUFFING:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin / jeera
½ tsp coriander seeds, crushed
½ tsp fennel / saunf
pinch hing / asafoetida
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
1 chilli, finely chopped
½ cup peas / matar
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp cumin powder / jeera powder
½ tsp aamchur / dry mango powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp pepper, crushed
¾ tsp salt
4 potato / aloo, boiled & mashed
5 cashew / kaju, chopped
2 tbsp raisins / kishmish
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
OTHER INGREDIENTS :
water, for sealing
oil, for deep frying
PROCESS TO MAKE IT :-
1) Pinch a ball sized dough and grease with oil.
2) Roll the dough into oval shape.
3)Now cut it horizontally, diving into 2 equal portions using a knife.
4) Grease with water and make cone.
5) Stuff 2 tbsp of prepared samosa masala into the cone.
6)Grease little water on the edges.
7) Close and seal tightly by pressing firmly.
8) Deep-fry the samosa on a low flame alternatively bake at 180 degree celcius for 40 minutes.
9) Stir occasionally, frying the samosa on low flame for atleast 15 minutes.
10) Once the aloo samosa turns golden and crisp, drain off over kitchen paper.
11) Finally, enjoy aloo samosa with green chutney and tamarind chutney or any sauce you want. Eat it with Green Chili & Jalebi for more taste😊

Easy to make and delicious 😋
Ingredients to use in it are :-
3 tsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli, finely chopped
3 tbsp peas / matar
3 tbsp sweet corn
3 potato / aloo, boiled & mashed
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp garam amasala
½ tsp aamchur / dry mango powder
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp panner / cottage cheese, grated
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
6 slice bread, white or brown
oil for deep frying
PROCESS AND INSTRUCTIONS 😊
1) Firstly, in a large kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute 1 onion until it changes colour.
2) Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp chilli. saute well.
3) Now add 3 tbsp peas and 3 tbsp sweet corn. saute and cook until they are almost cooked yet hold their shape.
4) Further, add 3 boiled and mashed potato. i have pressure cooked potato for 4 whistles.
5) Now add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp aamchur and ½ tsp salt.
6) Mix well until the spices are well combined.
7) Furthermore, add 3 tbsp panner and mix well and additionally, add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well..allow to cool the stuffing completely.
8) Now add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well. allow to cool the stuffing completely.
9) Next, take bread slices and cut the sides, and dip the bread slice into the water just for a second and squeeze off the excess water..
10) Make sure to squeeze the bread slice completely else it will absorb oil while deep frying..
11) place the cylindrical shaped prepared stuffing and wrap the bread making sure to pinch the edges and secure tight, if unable to hold the shape dip your finger in water and make bread flexible to hold and roll.
12) Now, with the help of both hands roll and make a cylindrical shape.
13) Deep fry the prepared bread roll into the hot oil. make sure to fry in hot oil, else bread will absorb oil and turn soggy and stir and fry occasionally on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
14) Alternatively, bake the bread to golden brown if you are diet conscious.
Finally, serve stuffed bread roll hot along with ketchup , mayonnaise and Any type of sauce yoh prefer. 🤩

Today I am sharing a easy to make recipe of “ VEGETABLE VERMICELLI UPMA” 😊

Ingredients for it :- 💗
2 Cups thin vermicelli
2 tbsp refined oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp urad dal
2 Green chillies (split lengthwise)
9-10 Curry leaves
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup beans, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup fresh peas
1/2 cup tomato puree ( tomato paste but not too grinded one)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder to taste salt ( as much as you want to put and like)
2 tbsp peanuts, roasted
HOW TO MAKE IT? LET ME TELL YOU NOW 🍲
1) Heat a wok or a kadai and roast the vermicelli for 3-4 minutes until slightly golden. Transfer to a plate and keep aside.
2) Now heat oil in the same kadai and add urad dal, mustard and cumin seeds. Let them crackle for a minute and add the chillies and curry leaves. Saute for 1-2 minutes and add the onions. Mix well.
3)Add turmeric powder and salt and saute for 1-2 minutes. Then add the vegetables and stir well. Allow them to cook for 3-4 minutes.
4) Add the tomato puree and 2 1/2 cups of water, and bring to a rolling boil. Add the vermicelli and mix well. Cover the kadai with a lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes or until the vermicelli is cooked and the water is dried up.
5) Check seasoning. Transfer to a serving bowl and finish with roasted peanuts on top and a fresh green chilli. Serve immediately hot and tasty 😋😋

For boiling pasta:
1½ litre water
1 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
2 cup penne pasta
For white pasta sauce:
1 tsp butter
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp maida
1½ cup milk, chilled
¼ tsp mixed herbs
¼ tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp cheese, ( grated)
For red pasta sauce:
3 tsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
3 clove garlic, finely chopped
½ tsp mixed herbs
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 onion, finely chopped
1½ cup tomato puree
2 tbsp tomato sauce
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp salt
PROCESS TO MAKE IT🍝🥘
🌼 How to boil pasta:
-)Firstly, in a large vessel take enough water.
-)Add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp olive oil and get the water to a boil.
-)Now add 2 cup penne pasta and give a good stir. this helps to prevent pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
-)Boil for 9 minutes or check the package instruction to cook the pasta.
-)Drain off the water and keep the boiled pasta aside.
🌼How to make white pasta sauce:
-)Firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp butter, 2 tsp olive oil and 2 tbsp maida.
-)Roast on low flame until the maida turns aromatic.
-)Now add 1½ cup milk and stir continuously. make sure the milk is chilled, else you may have lumps in the sauce.
keep stirring until the sauce thickens up slightly.
-)Now add ¼ tsp mixed herbs, ¼ tsp chilli flakes, ¼ tsp salt and 3 tbsp cheese.
-)Give a good mix. white sauce for pasta is ready. do not overcook as the sauce thickens and turns to paste consistency.
🌼How to make red sauce for pasta:
-)Firstly, in a large wok heat 3 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp butter, 3 clove garlic, ½ tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp chilli flakes.
-)Saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic and now add 1 onion and saute until the onions sweat slightly.
-)Further, add 1½ cup tomato puree and cook on medium flame until the puree thickens slightly.
-)Also add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, ½ tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp salt and continue to cook until the sauce thickens. red sauce is ready for the pasta.
🌼To make pink sauce for pasta:
-)Now combine prepared white sauce with the red sauce. add as required, as this white sauce makes the pasta creamy.
-)Now you can see the colour of the pasta sauce has been changed to pink. pink sauce is ready to prepare pasta.
add in boiled pasta and give a good mix.
-)The pasta is so creamy and saucy so you can also add 3 tbsp cheese, ¼ tsp chilli flakes and ¼ tsp mixed herbs.
-)Mix well combining everything well and now finally, enjoy pink sauce pasta with more cheese.

Hello everyone! Today I made wheat Laddoos 😍 I am sharing a easy recipe with you all 😊
Ingredients to make it are :-½ cup ghee / clarified butter
1 cup besan / gram flour
1 cup wheat flour / atta
1 cup powdered sugar
5 cashew / kaju, chopped
¼ tsp cardamom powder
5 almonds / badam, chopped
Process to make them : 🩷
1) firstly, in a large kadai heat ½ cup ghee.
2) Add 1 cup besan and 1 cup wheat flour.
3) Roast on medium flame until the flour is combined well.
4)Now keep the flame on low and roast on low flame.
5) Mash the flour to break any lumps if present.
6) Continue to roast for 25 minutes, or until the mixture turns aromatic and golden brown.
7) Transfer to the bowl and allow to cool slightly.
8) Now add 1 cup powdered sugar, 5 cashew and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
9) Mix well making sure the sugar is combined well with mixture. do not over
10) Start to prepare small ball sized balls.
11) Finally, atta besan ladoo recipe stays good for a week when refrigerated.

For frying:
▢¼ cup corn flour
▢2 tbsp flour
▢1 tsp ginger garlic paste
▢½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
▢¼ tsp black pepper powder
▢½ tsp salt
▢¼ cup water
▢12 cubes paneer
▢Oil, for frying
For the sauce 🥘
▢2 tbsp oil
▢2 garlic, finely chopped
▢1 chilli, chopped
▢4 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
▢½ onion, layers
▢½ capsicum, chopped
▢1 tsp chili sauce
▢2 tbsp tomato sauce
▢2 tbsp vinegar
▢2 tbsp soy sauce
▢¼ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
▢¼ tsp black pepper
▢¼ teaspoon salt
▢1 tsp corn flour
▢2 tbsp water
🩷Process to make it 😊
🔹In a small bowl take ¼ cup corn flour and 2 tbsp all purpose flour.
🔹Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp salt.
🔹Prepare a lump-free batter by adding ¼ cup water to it.
🔹Now put 12 pieces of paneer in it and apply the layer of batter evenly on them and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame.
🔹Keep stirring it occasionally until the paneer becomes golden brown and crisp and take out the fried paneer and keep it aside.
🔹Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan, add 2 cloves of garlic, 1 chilli and 2 tbsp green onion and fry lightly.
🔹After this add 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp soy sauce.
🔹Now add ¼ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp black pepper powder and ¼ tsp salt.
Keep frying it until the sauce gets mixed well.
🔹Now prepare corn flour solution by mixing 1 tablespoon corn flour in 2 tablespoons water.
🔹Now pour the corn flour solution into the pan and keep mixing it continuously and keep frying it until the sauce becomes shiny and thick.
🔹Now add fried cheese and onion to it and mix well and keep frying it until the sauce gets mixed well.
🔹Now prepare corn flour solution by mixing 1 tablespoon corn flour in 2 tablespoons water.
🔹 Pour the corn flour solution into the pan and keep mixing it continuously and keep frying it until the sauce becomes shiny and thick.
🔹Now add fried cheese and onion to it and mix well.
And now enjoy chilli paneer with fried rice.
