Ingredients for making it are :-
Soya Chunks- 100 grams
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder- 2 teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
Corn flour- 1/4 cup
oil for deep frying
To make chilli soya
Oil- 1 tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 2 teaspoons
Chopped ginger – 2 teaspoons
Onion- 1
Capsicum- 1
Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar- 1 teaspoon Sauce- 2 spoons
Chili sauce- 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
Corn flour
Green onion
How to make it? Let me tell you process..🍲🧆
1) First of all boil the soya chunks and then mix the spices and mix the soya well with the spices.
2) Then deep fry all the chunks until golden brown.
3) Add oil, garlic, ginger in a pan and fry it well.
4) Then add all the vegetables and fry them and then add all the spices.
5) To thicken the sauce, add corn flour and soya chunks and mix.
6) Your chilli soya is ready, garnish with green onions and green chillies and serve.

Now telling you how you will make it :-
1) Boil The Corns :-
To prepare this delicious dish, start boiling the corns in water over medium flame in a deep bottomed pan. Add some salt in it, let it simmer for 10-12 minutes. Now drain the water and keep the corns aside.
2) Mix The Ingredients :-
Take a large bowl and add the melted butter along with the boiled corns. Next, add in garam masala powder, chaat masala, and chilli powder, chopped green chillies and salt. Mix the ingredients nicely.
3) Masala Corns Are Ready!
Add in lime juice and coriander leaves and serve hot!
Tip for you :- Make sure the corn kernels are completely dry before mixing with the spices.😊

Ingredients that you have to use are :-
1)Dark chocolate grated 125 grams
2) Condensed milk 4 tablespoons
3) Chocolate sponge cake 6 inch rou inches
4) Walnut kernels 5-6
5) Almonds 10-12
6) White chocolate 100 grams
Now Telling you the procedure to make them🤩
1)Place dark chocolate in a bowl and melt it in the microwave oven for 1 minute.
2) Take it out and whisk. Add 2 tbsps condensed milk and mix.Crumble ¾ of the cake and add to the chocolate mixture.
3) Grind walnuts and almonds and add. Melt white chocolate in a bowl in the microwave oven for 1 minute.
4) Mix the ingredients in the bowl and shape into walnut sized balls and arrange them on a plate.
5) Add 2 tbsps condensed milk to the melted white chocolate and mix well.
6) Put this mixture into a butter paper cone and pipe over the chocolate balls making different designs. ( don’t have cones? You can use your hands also to shape them if possible)
7) Chill in a refrigerator and serve.

Ingredients that you have to use are :-
1) Wheat Flour / Atta – 1 ½ cup / 180 grams
2) Sugar – 1 cup / 200 grams
3) Baking Soda – 1 tsp
4) Salt – ¼ tsp
5) Milk – 1 cup / 240 m
6) Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
7) Butter – ¼ cup melted / 60 grams ( optional )
Now let me tell you the Process to make it :- 🩷
1) Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
2) Brush a baking tin with oil and dust it with flour. Tap of the excess and set aside till use.
3) Now make the batter. Take all the ingredients given in the list except chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Use an electric beater to mix the batter until it is smooth. If you don’t have an electric beater then use spatula or anything you thing it can mix..
( Make sure to first filter all dry ingredients 3 to 4 times then add any liquid ingredient to it)
4)Pour this batter into the tin.
5) Place it in oven and bake for 35 to 40 mins.
6) Remove it from the oven carefully and cool it down completely.
7)Invert the cake pan on a place, slice and serve.

Recipe of Tasty Almond Shake 🥛
🩷Ingredients you have use are :-
🔹25-30 almonds (soaked overnight), peeled
🔹3 (1/4) cup milk
🔹3 tbsp low calorie sweetener
🔹1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
🔹1 (1/2)tbsp custard powder
🔹A pinch of saffron (optional)
🔹1/4 cup fresh cream
Steps to follow ✅
1) Heat 2 cups milk in a non-stick deep pan, add low calorie sweetener, green cardamom powder and custard powder and mix and boil the mixture on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring in between.
2) Meanwhile, put almonds in a blender jar and add remaining milk and blend to a smooth paste
3) Transfer ground paste into the milk mixture and mix, cook till it boils for 5 minutes on low heat.
4) Add saffron, mix and cook for a minute. Add fresh cream and mix, take the pan off the heat. Refrigerate till chilled.
5) Transfer into serving glasses and garnish with green cardamom powder and saffron strands. Serve chilled or add ice cubes as per your requirements or interest😋

INGRIDIENTS:
250 grams Boneless mutton (cut into 1.5″inch pieces)
1.5 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
3/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder or paprika
1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
2 medium Fresh green chillies (sliced into half inch pieces)
1 Fistful Fresh Coriander Leaves / Cilantro (chopped)
lemon juice (5-6 drops)(optional)
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoon oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the mutton pieces into small 1.5” inch pieces. Then wash and drain the water.
In a pressure cooker add mutton, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt. Mix all this well. Then add water and mix.
Now cover the lid of pressure cooker and switch on the flame untill 2 whistles on high flame and then 2 whistles on low flame are heard. Wait for 5-10 minutes before opening the lid. (This allows the steam to cool down).
Now add this tenderized mutton along with the juice in it on to the tawa or pan. Cook on high flame untill only one fourth of the water remains in it.
At this point drizzle oil and fry the mutton on medium flame by constant flipping upside down with a spatula until it turns nice reddish in colour.
At last add 2 pinch of red chilli powder and chopped fresh green chillies and cook for 1 minute. Then finaly add chopped coriander and lemon juice.
My today’s recipe 05/12/22 is banana chip. Everybody loves banana chips, so why not make them at home with this easy recipe.
INGRIDIENTS:
6-raw banana(Karla raw banana)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat ample amount of oil for frying in a kadhai.
Peel the bananas and slice them finely using a slicer.
Now once the oil is hot enough, then drop the banana slices in the, [add few drops of salty water into the oil.
when it is in the heating process, this makes the chips very crispy].
Once the chips are fried enough, then strain it and then sprinkle pepper powder and salt, mix and serve.

Then add 1 teaspoon sugar. Sugar is optional and you can skip it. We prefer a slight sweet taste in the upma and hence we add it.
Stir again. On a medium to high flame, heat the water and let it come to a rolling boiling.20When the water comes to a rolling boil, lower the flame to its lowest. Then add the rava in 4 to 5 batches with a spoon.
Once you add the first batch of rava, stir and mix immediately so that the roasted rava gets mixed evenly with the water.
Then add the next batch of rava. Mix and stir again very well ensuring that the batch of rava is mixed evenly in water.
Continue to add and stir the rava up to the last batch.
Quickly stir and mix very well. The rava grains will absorb water, swell and get cooked.Cover and allow the rava upma to steam for 2 to 3 minutes on a low heat.
Then switch off the heat. In the below photo, the rava is cooked well and the suji ka upma is ready.Lastly add about 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (cilantro). Today’s recipe is custard milk shake. Milkshake is an aromatic , creamy drink made by blending custard with chilled milk and flavoured with vanilla essence.
Ingredients : milk – 1/4 litre
Custard powder (vanilla) – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tbsp
prepration : Take a bowl and add milk in it . Boil it for 2 min. Meanwhile take 1 cup milk in a small bowl add custard powder to it . Mix well it should be runny without any lumps . Add this to boiled milk . Add sugar to it mix well and cook until it thickens. Make sure it doesn’t form any lump keep mixing and cook for 5 min. After 5 min switch off the flame. Chill the custard least 30 min. Take a jar and add custard in it and blend with chilled milk and sugar and vanilla essence. Blend well until smooth and creamy. Pour in serving glasses and served chilled.

prepration : Take a pan and add Ghee .when the Ghee is getting heated then add suji and fry until it light brown then add water and cook for 2 min after that add sugar and cardamom powder and some chopped dry fruits and cook until the water becomes dry. Now the delicious suji Halwa is ready to serve.
My today’s recipe 19/09/22 is peanut chikki like to cook and eat natural, healthy, and tasty foods, and I enjoy sharing recipes from my native Indian cuisine.
INGRIDIENTS:
2 cups peanuts
2 cups + 2 tablespoons powdered jaggery
1 teaspoon ghee.
INSTRUCTION:
Grease a rectangle or square tray with ghee. With this, you can make perfect square-shaped chikkis. (I used a round pan, as I didn’t have a square one.)Heat a deep-bottomed pan. Add peanuts. Saute on a low fire, stirring continuously, until peanuts become crispy. This may take about 5 to 6 minutes.
Transfer them to a plate. Set aside to cool.Once the peanuts are completely cool, rub them between your palms to remove the skin.
Do this little by little. Break each peanut in half, and remove the small part inside the halves. Discard these, as they are bitter. Don’t worry if a few are left.
They won’t spoil the taste.Heat the same deep-bottomed pan. Add jaggery powder and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir and boil the mix on low fire until the mixture froths. Continue boiling until this jaggery syrup reaches two-string consistency.
To test this, either you can drop a little syrup and see whether it falls like two strings at the end, or you can drop some syrup into the water and see whether you can gather it and form a ball.
This is the right consistency for making the bars.Now, add peanuts. Mix them with the syrup. Boil the mix for 1 minute. Turn off the stove. Pour the mix into the greased tray.
The thickness of the slab should be about 1/3 inch. Gently tap the sides to ensure that the mix spreads evenly. Put the tray aside and let it set.After 5 minutes, when the mix is still hot, draw out the squares with the help of a greased knife tip.
Don’t insert the knife too deep into the bar.After another 5 to 8 minutes, insert the knife tip exactly on the earlier lines, deep inside, and cut the pieces. Take them out one by one once you can move them from the base.
These bars become super crunchy once they are completely cold. So, now your scrumptious peanut chikki is ready to serve. Munch them whenever you desire. Enjoy eating these yummy bars.
Every sip of warm and healthy vegetable soup is a divine experience during cold winter days. This recipe uses variety of vegetables and vegetable stock to make it more healthy tasty. Here I am sharing the recipe of vegetable soup.
Take some vegetables like carrot , tomato , cabbage , onions , beans and some sweet corns. Chopped all the vegetables and keep aside. Take 2 tbsp of corn flour in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of water in it and mix well and keep aside. Take a large pan and add 1/2 tbsp of oil and add 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 min . After that add chopped vegetables and 1 tbsp salt and stir and cook for 5 min . After that add 1 glass of water and stir well and bring the mixture to boil . When it starts boiling add 1/2 tbsp of black pepper powder and corn flour mixture and stir continuously for a min to prevent lump formation and cook until mixture turns thick and no raw smell of corn flour. Taste the soup for the seasoning at this stage. Turn off the flame . Now the vegetable soup is ready to serve.
