Toor Dal is one of the lentils that is widely used in India. It is also known as Pigeon Peas Lentils, Toovar dal, Tuvar Dal, Arhar Dal, Peeli Dal or Yellow Dal in various regions.

Ingredients:
1] Toor Dal -150grams
2] Tomato-1
3] Oil, Salt, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Tamarind water.
4] For tadka: Oil,Onion,Cumin seeds,Curry leaves.

How To Make:
1] Take a pressure cooker and Oil, washed toor dal-150grams, sliced tomato, Salt-1, red chili-2 tbsp, Turmeric-1/4tbsp, add 1.5 glass of water and close the lid. Turn on the flame.
2] Cook for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the flame then open the pressure cooker lid.
3] turn on the flame, Then Add 2 glass of water, Turmeric water-1/4 glass,and boil for 5 minutes until it give bubbles.
4] Then turn off the flame and take out that dal in the bowl and take another pan for tadka.
5] In pan add oil and 2-3 small slices of onion fry until it becomes brown then add cumin seeds fry for 2second the add curry leaves. {be careful while doing this its a fast process} Turn off the flame add this tadka to the tal and immediately close the lid of the bowl {closing the lid immediately gives complete smell & taste of tadka to the dal}.
6] Now finally hyderabadi katti dal is ready.

falooda is a popular indian summer dessert drink made with various layered elements like milk, ice cream and rooh afza syrup. ingredients: sabza seeds , rooh afza , vermicelli, milk , dry fruits, ice cream

  1. Soak the sabza seeds in the water for about 30 min.
  2. After 30 min drain the extra water from the sabza seeds.
  3. Take a bowl and add some water and boil it. When the water becomes boil add vermicelli and cook it until the vermicelli have softened .
  4. drain the excess water and keep aside.
  5. Take a large glass and add 2 tbsp of rooh afza , 1tbsp soaked sabza seeds , 2 tbsp cooked vermicelli , 1 cup chilled milk , chopped dry fruits and finally 1 scoop of vanilla icecream .
  6. The layers have to be visible and that is what makes the falooda visually appealing.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy the taste.

Usually we found this adrak ka murabba[Ginger Barfi] in trains. This barfi is really very tasty i really love it. So, I Thought why not we make it in home.

Ingredients:
1] Ginger- 250gms
2] Sugar -300gms

How to Make:
1] Take ginger of 250gms and grind it.
2] Take a pan and add ginger paste & Sugar stir continuously.
3] Cook until sugar melts completely. Turn off the flame and take a plate and greeze it with ghee and spread the paste on the plate.
4] keep it to dry for 2-3 hours. Then enjoy the Barfi[ adrak ka murabba].
5] Cut them into slices.

Ingredients:
1] Mutton Chops- 1 kg
2] Ginger & garlic paste- 1Tbsp
3] Salt- 1.5 tbsp, Red Chili- 2 tbsp, turmeric-1/4 tbsp, Garam Masala- 1/4 tbsp.

How To Make:
1] Take Mutton Chops and wash them and drain water.
2] Add ginger & garlic paste, Salt, Red chili, Turmeric, Garam masala Mix them well. and Marinate for 30-60 minutes.
3] Take a pan with oil and deep fry the chops. or you can bake them in oven.
4] Now Chops are ready.

Today I am Gonna share fish curry recipe, a fish has many vitamins. An easy an tasty curry.

Ingredients:
1] Fish- 1kg
2] Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder
3] Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder
4] dried Coconut- 1/2kg
5] Onion-2
6] tarmarind, Cumin

How To Make:
1] Wash Tamarind and soak in water keep aside.
2] Cut Onion half fry them and keep aside for cooling.
3] Dried Coconut -1/2kg, Cut them into small pieces and roast them.
4] Grind Onions which are half fried,and roasted coconut. Keep aside.
5] Take a bowl And add oil and cumin seeds. Then Add Fish 1kg, Salt 1tbsp, Red chili powder 2tbsp, turmeric powder 1/4tbsp, Cumin powder 2tbsp, Coriander Powder 2tbsp, Tamarind water.
6] Saute them well, and cook them for 10minutes.
7] Turn Off the flame, Fish curry is ready to serve.

Here I am sharing recipe of sheek kabab

In a large bowl take 1kg meat pieces and add 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of green chilli paste, 1/2 tbsp of garam masala powder, 1 tbsp of raw papaya paste and marinate it and left it for 1 hr. After 1 hr take some sheeks and grease it with oil and put one by one pieces of marinated meat and grilled it on BBQ stand. Serve it hot with salad.

As we know carrot has many benefits, It is a healthy fruit. people don’t like it much eating raw carrot. So, I am here with an mouth watering recipe of carrot dessert[gajar ka halwa] which is really very tasty.

Ingredients:
1] Carrot-1kg
2] Ghee -1/4cup
3] 10 Cashews/Kaju [chopped]
4] 10 Almonds/badam [chopped]
5] 3cup water
6] 3/4 cup sugar
7]1/4 tbsp of cardamom powder.

How to Make:
1] Firstly, Peel the skin of carrot and grate finely. Keep aside. In a Large Bowl or pan heat 1/4 cup of ghee and fry 10 cashews, 10 Almonds.
2] Fry Until it turns golden brown. Keep Aside.
3] In the same ghee add grated carrot and saute well.
4] Saute for 5 minutes until it changes color slightly.
5] Now Pour 3 cup of water and give a good stir.
6] Boil for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
7] Continue to boil until the carrots are cooked well and water reduces.
8] Once the water reduces add 3/4 cup of sugar.
9] mix well and cook until the sugar dissolves and thickens.
10] Cook until halwa thickens and ghee releases from sides.
11] Now turn off the flame and 1/4 tbsp of cardamom powder and fried nuts.
12] Finally, Enjoy gajar ka halwa or Carrot Halwa chilled or warm.

My today’s recipe 22/07/22 is chicken lollipop

INGRIDENTS:

2 cups oil(500 mL), for frying

MARINADE:

2 teaspoons chilli powder

2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons soy sauce

BATTER:

½ cup flour(60 g)

½ cup cornflour(60 g)

1 tablespoon chilli powder

1 egg

¼ cup water(60 mL)

PREPATION:

Add all the marinade ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined, set aside.

Slice a full-size chicken wing into three parts along the joints. Discard the wing-tip (or you can save them for making a chicken stock).

For the drummet (the upper, meaty, one-bone part of the wing), cut along the circumference of the thin end so that the bone and the meat are no longer connected. Then push down the meat so the drummet becomes a lollipop.

For the winglet (the middle, two-bone part of the wing), separate where the two bones join, and also cut along the circumferences of both ends, so the bone and the meat are no longer connected. Take out the thinner bone, and push down the meat into one end of the thinner bone.

Place the prepared chicken lollipops in the marinade. Stir and cover. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Mix all batter ingredients until smooth without lumps.

Dip the meat end of the chicken lollipops into the batter.In a medium-sized pot, heat the oil to 170˚C (340˚F).

Deep fry the chicken for 5 minutes or until the batter becomes golden brown and the chicken is cooked throughout.

Today! I will be sharing special hyderbadi style recipe of boti ka salan also called as Butt curry[ Goat Butt]

Ingredients:
1] Butt
2] Onions-4, ginger & garlic paste
3] salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garam Masala.

How To Make:
1] Wash throughly Butt[Boti] and cut them into small pieces. You can wash with raw onion to remove smell of butt[as onion remove odour]
2] Drain water and keep aside.
3] Slice Onions and put in the pressure cooker with 5tbsp of oil. fry for few minutes until it becomes soft then add washed butt[Boti] and ginger& garlic paste-1-2tbsp, salt-1,red chilli powder-2tbsp, turmeric powder-1/4tbsp, garam masala-1/2 tbsp. add 4-5 glass of water and close the lid.
4] after 4-5 whistle of pressure cooker open the lid and cook for 1-2 min on medium flame.
5] Switch of the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now Butt Curry[Boti ka salan] is ready.

My today’s recipe 20/07/22 is mutton chop here we go for ingredients.

INGRIDENTS:

First Marinade:

1.5 Kg Lamb Chops In this case, 15 pieces

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Salt

1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder

1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/3 tsp White Vinegar

Second Marinade:

2 Onion Medium Size

1.5 tbsp Yogurt

1.5 tbsp Dried Mint Leaves

1/3 tsp Garam Masala Powder

Oil For brushing

INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash the chops and keep them in a colander so that all the water drains out.

Now in a mixing bowl, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, vinegar and mix thoroughly.

Now put the lamb chops in the bowl and cover them with this paste with the help of your hand. Let this marinade for an hour.

Now slit the onion lengthwise and deep fry them in hot oil. Once onion is brown, take them out on a kitchen towel and let this cool.

Add dried mint leaves, yogurt, garam masala to the lamb chops. Also crush the fried onions with the help of your hand and add it as well.

Mix this properly so that the lamb chops are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with cling film and keep it in fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Now pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree. Place the lamb chops in a baking tray and brush them with little oil. Keep the tray in oven for 30 minutes.

After first 15 minutes, turn them and again brush them with little oil so that they can cook from both sides.

Alternatively, you can cook them on Non stick Tawa / Pan. For that keep the tawa on medium heat and put little oil and then place the chops.

Cook them till they are soft and succulent while regularly turning in between.

Serve it hot with lemon wedges and sliced onion.

NOTES:

You can cook this on bbq as well. First place them on higher heat for 10 minutes and then on lower heat for 20 minutes. Roast them till lamb is cooked from all sides properly.

Ingredients:
1] Mutton
2] Green Chilies
3] Ginger & Garlic paste
4] Salt, Turmeric
5] Coriander & mint Leaves
6] Garam Masala

How to Make:
1]Take a pressure cooker and take washed mutton and oil add green chilies9-10[ according to your taste], add salt, horse gram seeds, garam masala[ mentioned in other recipes], Ginger & garlic paste, turmeric add water and closed the lid.
2] The mutton should be dried then grind it with mint leaves & Coriander Leaves.
3] Make Fine shape of the grinded mutton. then fry on the flat pan.
4] Now Shamiya is ready to serve.

How to Make:
1] Take a pressure cooker and take washed mutton and oil add green chilies9-10[ according to your taste], add salt, horse gram seeds, garam masala[ mentioned in other recipes], Ginger & garlic paste, turmeric add water and closed the lid.
2] The mutton should be dried then grind it with mint leaves & Corainder Leaves.
3] Then for stuff take chopped onion with corainder leaves and curd.
4] Make Round but flat ball then add a little amount of stuff and make another round flat ball of mutton which is grind. Then attached it. And make a good shape it should not have any crack.
5] after shikampur balls are made fry them on the flat pan until it becomes brown.
6] Now shikampur is ready to serve.
