It is very delicious and easy to make as well as healthy.

Ingredients:
1] Maida Flour or wheat flour
2] jaggery sugar
3] crashed cocount
4] horse gram powder[chana dal powder]

How to Make:
1] Make a dough and roll round chapati and flip it on the pan.
2] then crashed cocount, horse gram powder, jaggery sugar and mix it.
3] granish this mix on the chapati.

INGRIDENTS:

5 tbsp Vegetable oil 2 eggs – lightly beaten. 3 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch). 10 tbsp plain (all-purpose) flour. ½ tsp salt. ½ tsp pepper. ½ tsp garlic salt. 3 chicken breast fillets – chopped into bite-size chunks

1 tbsp oil – optional

2 cloves garlic – peeled and minced

1 tbsp rice vinegar – white wine vinegar will work too

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce – use more or less depending on the brand and how spicy you like it.

3 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp brown sugar

4 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp red chilli powder

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Ingredients:
1] Maida- 150gms
2]salt
3] Potato, Onion, green chilli, Coriander powder, Ginger & Garlic paste, Urad dal seeds,Coriander leaves.

How To Make Puri:
1] Take maida flour and salt and Knead the Dough.
2] Make a dough balls and use dusting flour roll the dough ball to round chapati and deep fry in a pan.
3] Now puri is ready.

How To Make Sag[Curry to be serve with puri]:

1] Take a potato and boil it. and keep a side.
2] Take a Pan and 2tbsp of oil and add urad dal seeds fry until it becomes light brown, then add sliced onion and smash boiled potato, green chillies sliced 2-4, salt, Turmeric, corainder powder, corainder leaves. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
3] Now is Sag is also ready to serve.

Now I am gonna share one of favorite dish which we usually see in weddings. But, Now you make in your home and enjoy the same taste of restaurants.

Ingredients:
1]Mutton-1 kg
2]onion-1
3]Bay leafs, Black pepper, Ginger & garlic paste, cardamom,cinnamon,caraway seeds, clove.
4]Oil, Milk, Curd
5] Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios.

How to Make:
1] Take a bowl and add oil and sliced onion, bay leafs, Black pepper, Ginger & Garlic paste, cardamom, Cinnamon, Caraway seeds, Clove, Salt and fry for 1 minute.
2] Wash Mutton and add in same bowl and 2-4 glass of water. and close lid. Cook until water gets 1/4.
3] Take almonds, cashews, pistachios and boil then peel off them. Take a mixture jar grind it. Then add milk-1 cup, Curd- 1 cup grind it.
4] Add this paste in the Mutton bowl and cook for 10 minutes.
5] Now the Marag is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
1]Peanuts[ Phalli]
2]Salt, Red chilli
3] Tamarind [emli]
4] Coriander Leaves & Mint Leaves[ can also be added]
5] [For tardka] Curry Leaves & Cumin seeds.

How to Make:
1] Take a jar and add Peanuts, Tamarind, salt, red chilli and grind it. and keep in a bowl.
2] Take a pan with 2spoons of Oil then add Cumin seeds, curry leaves fry for 2sec then give tadka to the chatni paste.
3] Now Chatni is ready to serve.

When we are very conscious about our diet a single unhealthy food can spoil our health. So, I am here to share a healthy and easy recipe of vada with urad dal. Try this recipe as breakfast or as a snack in the evening.
In this rainy season this type of snacks give more taste.

Ingredients:
1]Urad Dal[Mash ki dal]- 250gms
2] Salt- 1/4 tsp
3] Soda – 2Pinch
4] Coriander,Mint,Curry Leaves.

How to Make Vada:
1] Wash urad dal and soak for 20mins
2] Drain the water and take a mixture jar and add urad dal and salt,soda, and corainder leaves, Mint leaves, Curry leaves and grind it untill it becomes a soft texture.
3] Now dip your hand in water and take vada dough and dip in pan[ you can use vada stand to get good shape]
4] Pan with Heated oil. keep medium flame.
5] Fry until it becomes golden brown.
6] Now Vada is to serve.

My today’s recipes 12/07/2022 is chocolate cake.

INGRIDENTS:

1 cup Plain Flour (Maida) approx 150 gms

1 cup Sugar powdered

2 Eggs

1/2 cup Butter softened

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 cup Milk

120 ml

2 tsp Vanilla Essence

pinch Salt

1.5 cups Crystal Salt/ Sand for base

How to make Home Made Cake instructuon:

1)Let the butter soften until it is mashable with a spoon.Combine sugar and butter together using a hand or electric whisk/beater.

2) Whisk well until light and fluffy.Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3)Sift together the maida, salt and baking soda, ensuring no lumps.Gradually add this to the egg mixture, alternating with milk.

4) Stop whisking and fold this mixture gently with a spatula until all the batter is fully incorporated and smooth. Do not over beat.

5) Add vanilla essence and blend well.Take a cake tin and grease it with some butter or oil.

6)Sprinkle some maida on a greased baking tin.Pour the prepared mixture into the tin and place it in the prepared pressure cooker over the pot holder/ring.

7)Cover the cooker with the lid (without the gasket and weight).Bake on low flame for 50-60 minutes.

To test, put in a knife, it should come out clean, showing that it is fully baked.

8)Take it out and let it cool completely.Once cooled, invert the cake on a wire rack and let it cool fully before slicing it.

Notes:

Preparing the cooker:

Use a heavy bottom aluminum cooker or pressure pan.Cover the base completely with salt/sand.Place a plate over the salt/sand.Place a ring/ vessel holder over this.Remove the gasket and weight from the lid.

Tip:

You can garnish this with icing sugar or whipped cream.

For a chocolate cake, add 2tbsp of cocoa to the flour mix and sift to remove all lumps.

Add an additional 2 tbsp of sugar (optional)

We Always think about eating healthy food but afraid of lengthy process of making it. But now I wanna share easy and healthy breakfast which can be consumed with chapati.

Ingredients:
1]Ivy gourd-250 gms
2]Onion-1
3]Green Chili-4
4]Coriander powder-1 tbsp, Coriander Leaves.
5]Salt-1/4 tbsp [according to taste]
6] Ginger & garlic paste-1/2 tbsp
7]Oil-2 tbsp

How to Cook:
1] Wash the ivy gourd,Slice them And take onion slice it as well.
2] Take a pan with oil and add sliced onion & ivy gourd and green chilies, Fry them until it becomes light brown. Keep stirring.
3] add Ginger & garlic paste, salt, coriander powder& leaves, Fry for 2-3 minutes.
4] Now our healthy Breakfast is ready, You can eat this with chapati.

How to Make Hyderabadi Methi Ghosht:
1] Wash Mutton,drain the water. keep aside.
2] Take a pressure cooker with oil and add Sliced onion fry untill it becomes light brown
3] Add Mutton and ginger&garlic paste, salt, turmeric, redchilli-1tbsp, green chilli-4, garam masala powder,sliced tomatoes, methi leaves. Then stir it properly untill it mix well then add two glass of water and close the lid of pressure cooker.
4] Cook for 15minutes then open the lid and cook for more 5minutes for good texture then add coriander leaves.
5] Now Hyderbadi Methi ghosht is Ready to serve.

Ingredients:
1] Milk-1litre
2] Basmati Rice- 1cup
3] Sugar-2cups
4] Badam-100gms
5] Caradamom Seeds powder-5
6] Saffron

How To Make Badam Kheer:
1] Take a rice and grind it.
2] Take a bowl and add 250gm of water and 1litre of milk and grinded rice and cook until rice becomes soft.
3] take Almonds and grind it [but it should not be in powder form] & add in the bowl keep cooking.
4] Add sugar-2cups and keep stirring. after sugar is dissolved switch of the stove.
5] Garnish it with Caradamom powder& Some petals of Saffron.
6] Now Kheer is ready to serve.
