Creamy Mango Lassi is easy to make at home with a few simple ingredients. I love making this lassi, especially during summers when sweet mangoes are in season. If you enjoy having mango lassi at Indian restaurants, you would love this homemade version just as much! All you need is 10 minutes to make this!

how to make it at home, then let me tell you, it’s fairly simple and easy. You need basic ingredients and just 10 minutes to make mango lassi at home.

INGRIDENTS:

Sugar

yogrut

mango puree

cardamom powder

milk

MANGO PUREE:you can either use fresh or canned mango puree to make the lassi. I highly recommend using fresh sweet mango puree when mangoes are in season. Puree from Indian mangoes like kesar, alphonso, dasheri results in amazingly delicious mango lassi. But using canned is also okay, which you can find at any Indian grocery store.

YOGRUT: you can use yogurt of choice, I have used whole milk yogurt here but you can change it up according to your preference.

FLAVORING: the lassi is flavored with cardamom powder and a little bit of saffron at the end. You can skip the cardamom if you are not a fan. You can also add some rose water to the lassi if you like.

SWEETNER:I have used sugar to sweeten this lassi but feel free to use sweetener of choice. If you want, you can even skip the sweetener.

How to Make Mango Lassi (Step by Step):

1- To a blender, add 1 cup of fresh mango puree. I pureed the flesh of 2 large sweet mangoes in a blender to get this fresh mango puree. You can also use canned mango pulp if you can’t find sweet mangoes or they are not in season.

2- To the blender now add 1 cup yogurt. I have used plain whole milk yogurt here.

3- Followed by 1/2 cup milk. I add this to thin out the lassi a bit. Also, add 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder.

4- Blend for around 60 seconds until everything is well combined. Pour the lassi into serving glasses and top with saffron strands (optional). You can also garnish with nuts.

Pro Tips:

You can make mango lassi in advance and keep it refrigerated. But it’s best consumed within 24 to 48 hours.

Use cold yogurt, cold milk, and mangoes straight out of the refrigerator to make mango lassi for best results.

INGREDIENTS OF KITKAT MILKSHAKE:

4 Servings

>2 kit kat

>600 mililitre milk

>2 tablespoon sugar

>1 teaspoon coffee

>4 tablespoon chocolate sauce

>chocolate chips as required

>1 cup whipped cream

>2 scoops chocolate icecream

HOW TO MAKE KITKAT MILKSHAKE:

Step 1:To begin with this easy recipe, take a blender and add in milk, KitKat pieces, 1 tablespoon sugar,2 tablespoon chocolate syrup, blend it all together. Blend it again after adding 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream.

Step 2:Put the shake in a refrigerator for 15 mins. Next, take a large bowl and add whipped cream, coffee powder and sugar, whisk the whipped cream.

Step 3:Pour the cold shake into the serving glasses and drizzle the chocolate syrup. Next, using a piping cone add the whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate chips. Enjoy!

Tips:

To make it healthy you can use soy milk and skip adding sugar.

A sweet dish that makes me happy is semiya (vermicelli).

it is seriously one the best sweet dish.

I learned it from my mom and finally after completely understanding the ingredients I can share this recipe.

The main ingredients are vermicelli, milk, sugar, ghee and some dry fruits.

1step : fry the vermicelli in ghee until it brown.

2 step : add the milk and sugar in fried vermicelli let it to cook for 10 min.

3 step : after 10 min add the crushed dry fruits.

Now the sweet vermicelli is ready to serve or eat.

my today’s 9/06/2022 recepie is Italian style meat balls let’s see how i made

ingredients:

-1/2 kg beef

-cheeseBread crumbs

-Large egg,Minced garlic

-herbs like parsley SaltBlack

-pepperMilkOlive oilVegetable or beef broth – either homemade or store bought, if using store bought check the salt content.

Recipe Instructions:

1)Mix the 1/2 beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Slowly add the milk and mix until you have a soft, compact meat mixture.

2) Scoop the mixture and form it into small balls (a cookie scoop makes this easy). You should get approximately 36 meatballs.

3) Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Place the meatballs in a single layer and brown them on all sides for about five to six minutes. Turn them often so they cook evenly.

4)Add the broth and cover the pan and adjust the heat to medium or low. Cook the meatballs in the broth for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are cooked through. Take the lid off and cook them on high heat for two to three minutes longer or until the broth has reduced and thickened.
