Place the oil to heat in a large kadahi or pan2.Keep the heat on high3.Add ginger and garlic4.Stir fry till light golden brown.5.Add meat and continue stirring over high heat6.Lower the heat and cook covered till the meat is tender.7.Uncover and cook over high heat till fat separates.8.Add the powdered spices, salt and mix well9.Cook again over high heat, then add vinegar.Let it come to a boil, then turn off the heat.11.Let it cool down completely.12.Transfer to a sterilized glass canning jar and store it in the refrigerator
