This is mostly made during the month of Ramadan.

but this became a popular dish which is cooked in a special occasion.

so here are few steps to follow to make.

#Dahi wada

  1. Take some besan flour (according to your quantity).
  2. Add some salt ,turmeric powder, red chilli powder and a pinch of baking powder then mix it well with water.
  3. Keep it aside for 20 -25 minutes
  4. After that fry it until it is properly cooked
  5. Keep this in normal water for 1 minute to become soft and smooth .
  6. Then prepare the curd with toppings of( tadka) some curry leaves, green chilli, and cumin ( jeera).
  7. Then this is ready to serve.
