1. Take some potatoes and start peeling
2. Then cut in the proper shape
3. And keep it in a cool water for 20 min
4. Then take a clean cotton cloth and keep the fries in it and slightly start dabbing by which the cloth can observe all the water
5. Then keep it aside for 5 min
6. Then add some cornflour powder and stirr it well
7. After that start frying.
8. Enjoy it with tomato sauce.
