Today I am sharing one of my favourite recipe.
1. Take the finally chopped Gobi in a bowl.
2. Add ginger, garlic, corn flour, maida, salt, black pepper and soya sauce.
3. Mix them well adding water as required for consistency.
4. Make round balls and deep fry.
Now the Gobi manchurian is ready to eat.
