One the favorite and best recipe of mutton is shikampur, Shikampur is specially made when bakrid comes. I Love this shikampur highly.
2] green chilies
3] horse gram
4] garam masala
5] Mint Leaves, Corainder Leaves.
7] onion, Ginger & garlic paste
How to Make:
1] Take a pressure cooker and take washed mutton and oil add green chilies9-10[ according to your taste], add salt, horse gram seeds, garam masala[ mentioned in other recipes], Ginger & garlic paste, turmeric add water and closed the lid.
2] The mutton should be dried then grind it with mint leaves & Corainder Leaves.
3] Then for stuff take chopped onion with corainder leaves and curd.
4] Make Round but flat ball then add a little amount of stuff and make another round flat ball of mutton which is grind. Then attached it. And make a good shape it should not have any crack.
5] after shikampur balls are made fry them on the flat pan until it becomes brown.
6] Now shikampur is ready to serve.
