To set up all the relevant details of your store, go to Account and choose ‘Store Manager’ option
You’ll be redirected to a page as shown below. This is your dashboard where you can get the holistic view of your business. Keep a track of your sales, store analytics, and much more!
When you log in for the first time, you’ll get a store setup wizard. This gives you the option to make your settings directly at the very beginning. Since you’ve purchased the store space after registration, you should first complete the seller settings.
Choose Seller Settings from the left hand dropdown menu.
You’ll be redirected to the seller settings page as shown below.
If the vendor has skipped the settings in the beginning, or wish to make any changes in their store settings, they can easily do this from the dashboard. Just visit the dashboard option from the ‘my account’ section and do the changes. Or you can also select the ‘store manager’ button to get your dashboard.
The seller setting page shows a profile completeness progress bar. This shows how much information is shared and the remaining setting suggestions. It’s a direction to the sellers to help them setup their store. As shown in the image below, you have the following list of setting categories –
We will discuss each of the setting categories in detail –
Before we talk about the setting category ‘seller’, it’s important to know that the seller need to first add their location details. Without adding the location, you will not be able to save any changes.
Location – This is mainly your store location. Enter your address on the ‘Find Location’ search bar. Click on save.
Now you can proceed with the rest of the settings.
Seller – In this option, the sellers can add their store details like seller logo, banner, shop description, etc.
Vendors can set up different types of banners for their store – Static, Slider, and Video. In this, we have added a static image. Check the below image for your reference. Just to mention, for video banners, only YouTube video URLs are supported.
Vendor may setup what they want to show or hide from their Store!
Vendors can also manage “Store Name” position at their store page. Available positions –
Payment – This is an important setting without which the sellers will not be able to withdraw their payments. We provide 3 payment withdrawal options:
Shipping – Vendors can setup their store shipping and the processing time with all the available options from here.
Delivery Times – Vendors can define their preferred delivery times using this option. It’s essential for vendors to “Enable Delivery Time” option. If they do not enable this, then customer will not have preferred delivery time select option for that vendor under checkout.
Vendors are also allowed to define daily basis available time slots. Refer to the image below.
SEO – Sellers can set up their SEO and social media related settings from here. The options we provide are as follows:
Seller Policies – Sellers can set up their own store policies. This includes the following:

Customer Support – Sellers can share their customer support information so that customers can get in touch with them for any order queries and store invoice.
Sellers Hours – Vendors are allowed to setup their store opening/closing hours from BSMe2e Dashboard -> Setting -> Seller Hours Setting
Setting Options –
Enable/Disable– Whether they want to enable store hours or not
Disable Purchase During OFF Time– Whether they want to purchase during store close time
Set Week OFF– Weekly off days
Daily Opening & Closing Hours – Daily store opening and closing hours
Analytics Region – You can track the store/shop daily visitors’ statistics based on your preferred region.
The store set up will take just a few minutes if you follow the process correctly. Once the seller settings are done, you can proceed with the store setup i.e. adding products to your store.
