BSMe2e gives you a support option where the sellers can check the support tickets only for their products.

To check support tickets, go to your dashboard and choose the support option from the dropdown. You’ll get to see all the support tickets raised by your customers.

You can either reply or delete the support ticket. As a seller, you should always try to address the issues faced by your customers. This will enhance your reputation and goodwill. To respond, click on the reply icon under Actions.

You will be able to see a form.

Write your response on the message box. Choose the priority preference and the status of the case from the dropdown and click on send.

It’s easy to manage support tickets from dashboard. And the best part is that you get the option to change the ticket priority and status.
