Before using or obtaining any information, materials, products and services, make sure you go through the Terms and Conditions carefully. By using this site, you hereby agree and accept all the conditions mentioned in this document. BSME2E reserves the right to change, update, modify, and delete any of the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice other than by posting amended terms to the site. If you continue to browse or use the site after changes/modifications, you agree to and accept all the amendments made. 

General Terms and Conditions

• Anyone who is referred to as the ‘user’ or ‘you’ in this document would mean any legal or natural person who has agreed to become a user/seller/buyer of this website by browsing or accessing this platform. 
• The terms ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, and ‘Company’ would refer to BSME2E and any of its licensees. 
• BSME2E enables transactions between the buyers and sellers where the buyers can visit the seller’s store to purchase their products and services offered for sale. 

Eligibility

• To use this platform, the person should have attained the age of 18 years or above. Anyone who can enter into and perform legally binding contracts can be a user of this website.  
• BSME2E shall not be responsible for misuse of your account or any liabilities arising out of it. The users are requested to keep their information confidential including their user ID and password. Always use a strong password while creating your account. 

Registration process

• The users, sellers, and customers are required to register and create a profile by entering a username and password followed by which the account will be confirmed only after OTP verification. 
• The login details should be kept secure and confidential. 
• The user agrees and accepts that any person who has your ID and password shall be granted access to the website in the same manner as it would have granted you access. You hereby agree that for all the activities conducted under your username, you will bear the responsibility and we shall in no manner be liable for the same. Users should maintain the confidentiality of their accounts. 
• Though the platform, its directors, employees, shareholders, associates, contractors, or agents are not responsible for any unauthorized usage of your username, code, or password, you shall still notify the Company of any suspected or actual illegal access to your account.  
• By registering on this website, you agree and accept that the sole purpose of registration is to enable yourself to run your business by lawful means. And you shall not be using this platform for any other reasons whatsoever that are illegal in the eyes of law. 

Policy related to information sharing

• You need to agree to provide true, correct, and complete information while registering on BSME2E or for any other purpose when requested or prompted to do so. 
• Do not share any misleading information that misrepresents your identity or appears to be another user/seller/customer. If we find any of the information to be misleading, false, inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete, we shall at our discretion reserve the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your use. We also reserve the right to deny access to this platform. 

Terms and Conditions for sellers

Sellers can buy any of the stores – standard, large, mega, market, and booth stores that we offer for sale. We also provide classified rectangle and square digital spaces exclusively for advertisement purposes. Sellers can book their slots for advertisement, promotion, as well as trading. However, it is important to keep in mind that the store will be available for booking after three days from the current date. In other words, if the seller wants to buy the store on the current date, they’ll have to wait for 72 hours to book their digital spaces. Your store gets activated only after the admins’ approval. The activation time limit will depend on the BSME2E subscription plan that you’ve selected. Please check our BSME2E subscription rules below for more information. 

• Sellers can add products to the store and also share the details with the buyers, however, they shall not be permitted to advertise or sell any product(s) that falls under the list of prohibited items as identified by BSM2E from time to time. 
• All products that you put up in the store should be kept in stock. In case the products are out of stock, the same needs to be mentioned so that buyers can buy only those products that are in stock. 
• The sellers hereby agree that all the images, descriptions, and other contents related to the products and services are accurate and complete and should resemble the quality, nature, appearance, and other features of the products and services. 
• The product descriptions cannot be misleading or inaccurate. If the product description does not match the actual product, you need to agree to provide a full refund of the amount paid to you by the customer. 
• The platform shall not be used for illegal or unlawful activities that breach the terms of the user agreement. BSME2E reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or block the account of such sellers. 

BSME2E subscription rules

BSME2E provides four subscription packages to the sellers and the sellers – Basic, Silver, Gold, and Premium. Each of the plans has a different activation time limit. 

• Basic Store: 3 days
• Silver Store: 7 days 
• Gold Store: 10 days 
• Premium Store: 14 days 

Our membership is a recurring subscription. As soon as you choose a plan, you authorize us to deduct the payments automatically from your card. However, you can cancel the membership anytime you want. Your membership stands canceled as soon as you opt for cancellation. 

Digital store cancellation rules

BSME2E digital spaces can be cancelled prior to the activation of the stores. The cancellation can be done before the admins’ approval. If the cancellation for the digital space is made after approval of the admin, we will charge you cancellation charges based on the time of cancellation. 

• 25% cancellation charges will be levied if canceled after 48 hours. (If the cancellation is made before 48 hours, we will refund the full amount within a few working days).
• 50% cancellation charges will be levied if canceled after the admins’ approval. 
• 100% cancellation fee will be charged if canceled after store activation (non-refundable).

Terms and Conditions for users

The terms and conditions mentioned below apply to the registered users of this platform. 

• Users can add blogs, articles, four images, and two embedded YouTube links. 
• Users cannot make posts relating to the prohibited list of items. If the contents are found to be obscene, vulgar, derogatory, or scandalous, BSME2E reserves the right to take actions as deemed appropriate. 
• Users cannot visit the seller’s stores or purchase from them. Neither can they comment on the seller stores. They need to register themselves as a seller/customer to sell/buy. 
• You need to agree to provide true, correct, and complete information while registering on BSME2E or for any other purpose when requested or prompted to do so. 
• Do not share any misleading information that misrepresents your identity or appears to be another user.

General terms for transactions between sellers and customers

• Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other. BSME2E does not interfere with transactions between buyers and sellers. We simply provide a platform for everyone to showcase their talents and earn money.
• Sellers and buyers negotiate all commercial contracts, including shipping costs, delivery charges, delivery methods, and prices. BSME2E has no control over these agreements and does not advise or influence them. However, we do support sellers with payment methods, order fulfillment, payment collection, and other related services to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Sellers set their own prices for products and services. BSME2E is not involved in price determination.
• BSME2E does not guarantee the identity, saleability, product quality, legal title, etc. of sellers. Buyers are responsible for independently verifying the authenticity of sellers’ products. Sellers’ offers and promotions are subject to their own terms, and BSME2E is not liable for them.
• BSME2E is not responsible for breaches of contract between sellers and buyers. Sellers are responsible for compensating the Company for any losses incurred due to their use of the platform and interactions with buyers. Additionally, we are not responsible for any failure of sellers to deliver on their promises.
• BSME2E is an online marketplace that facilitates communication. Any contracts or agreements between buyers and sellers are strictly bipartite contracts. Sellers are solely responsible for addressing buyer concerns. However, if buyers file complaints against sellers, we will do our best to help them find a satisfactory resolution.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payments:

• Sellers: You must pay for the digital spaces you purchase. You agree that prices can change, and we will announce any changes on the website.
• Payment methods: BSME2E offers debit cards, credit cards, and UPI Payments for both sellers and buyers for smooth transactions. However, we are not responsible for losses due to incorrect bank information entered by either party.
• Payment failures: If a payment fails due to technical issues, please contact our customer support. We are not liable for payment issues or transaction failures.
• Liability: By using BSME2E payment services, you agree that we are not liable for:
  • Declined transactions
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Exceeding your bank’s agreed-upon limit
  • Any other payment disputes arising from transactions
• Lawful ownership: You agree to only use debit cards, credit cards, or other bank instruments that you legally own.
• Facilitator: The payment facilities on this platform are not financial or banking services. We simply facilitate transactions on our platform.
• Payment agent: BSME2E acts as your payment agent solely to receive payments for your purchases. Once you pay us, your obligation to the seller is complete. We are responsible for remitting the amount to the seller.

Refunds:

• Buyers: If you are unhappy with your purchase or if the products/services are not delivered on time, request a refund from the seller.
• Refundable items: Be aware that some products and services are non-refundable. You will only receive a refund if the items are not listed as non-refundable by the seller.
• Refund method: We will issue all refunds to your original payment source or an alternative bank account you choose.

Liability disclaimer:

• Both sellers and buyers: You agree that BSME2E is not responsible for any losses, damages, interests, etc. resulting from delays in payment processing or for not processing a transaction(s).

Third-party links

BSME2E does not guarantee or give any warranty on the contents, resources, and services provided by the third parties.  Any kind of discrepancy or concerns with regard to such information or services should be directed to the concerned resource or service provider. Buyers are welcome to visit the links at their own discretion, however, the Company holds no liability for the outcome of such interactions. 

Copyright and trademarks

BSME2E owns all the texts, contents, images, graphics, sounds, videos, links, and other information available on this website. You cannot copy, plagiarize, display, reproduce, distribute, or transmit these contents through electronic, recording, mechanical, or other means without official approval from BSME2E. You can’t commercialize any products, services, or information obtained from any part of the website without the Company’s approval.

The logos, trademarks, and services are the intellectual property of BSME2E. You cannot reproduce, copy, or use any of these contents without seeking prior written consent from BSME2E. Violators of Copyright and Trademark Policies will be subject to heavy penalties and strict actions as determined by the Company.

Breach and termination

• The Company can pursue any of the available legal remedies, however, the Company can in its sole discretion take the necessary action as deemed necessary. We may take actions against you if you violate the Terms and Conditions, provisions mentioned under the Terms of Sale, misuse our payment facility, provide unverified information, or if your actions harm the Company or other users.
• Blocked or suspended users may not try to register with BSME2E until and unless the Company restores the account or removes them from the blocked list. If you breach the terms as incorporated in this document, we shall reserve the right to take legal action against you.
