Or maybe you’ve just changed your mind and want to cancel the purchase of your digital space(s). Should that ever happen, be assured that we’ll hear your concerns, treat them fairly, and if the need arises, we’ll help you get a refund. We commit to maintaining transparency while communicating so that the process becomes easy to understand.
BSME2E allows cancelation of your digital spaces before the activation of your store. The cancelation can be done before the admins’ approval. If the cancelation for the digital space is made after approval of the admin, we will charge you cancelation charges based on the time of cancelation.
BSME2E believe in 30-days money-back guarantee. Your digital store space booking can be canceled before the start date – meaning to say the day you officially begin using your store for marketing or trading purposes. However, we do not accept any cancelation requests after you have started using the space. So, we request you to go through the description of each of the store size variations before buying.
All refunds will be processed by the admin after the successful cancelation of the digital spaces. You can request a refund by visiting your dashboard. Go to ‘My Account’ and click the booking section. Here you get to see all the bookings you have made. Choose the digital space that you want to cancel. If the cancelation is accepted from our end, the refund will be processed to your source account within a few business days. After we initiate the refund from our end, it can take a maximum of 2 to 4 weeks for the bank to process this and reflect the same on your account.
