Anushka Patel Career Journey:
Based in Fremont, California, Anushka is a high school student at Irvington High School, already distinguished by her proactive leadership and multi-faceted achievements. As Vice President of Irvington Model UN, she has represented her school at top conferences such as Harvard MUN, Princeton, Columbia, and NHSMUN NYC, where she earned recognitions like Best Delegate and Outstanding Delegate.
Her involvement extends to:
- DECA, where she placed 1st in marketing at Irvington Minicon, and was a two-time ICDC qualifier
- Fremont Debate Academy, where she tutors young debaters and leads regional programs
- Internships at organizations like Happily Ever Brown, Skincarescience, and Santi Fitness, where she worked on marketing strategies, content creation, and social engagement
- Volunteering for UMPA, supporting education initiatives in India through events and fundraising
Anushka has consistently taken on roles that involve public speaking, content management, digital strategy, and youth mentorship, making her a strong fit for the dynamic ecosystem at BSMe2e.

Her Role at BSMe2e: Where Learning Meets Action
As an intern at BSMe2e, Anushka Patel contributes to multiple workstreams under the Sales Center of Excellence (COE) and Community Engagement Initiatives, including:
- Hosting Live Sessions, PodTalks, and Podcasts
- Leading and mentoring Passion Projects
- Supporting lead generation and CRM navigation
- Driving community-building efforts across the BSMe2e network
Her energy, execution skills, and understanding of Gen Z’s digital behavior are helping BSMe2e stay relevant and responsive to a growing global community.
About the BSMe2e Internship Program (At-Will Internship)
The BSMe2e Internship Program offers purpose-driven students and young professionals the chance to build hands-on experience in:
- Business development and sales strategy
- Digital marketing and content execution
- CRM management
- Community growth and online engagement
🔹 Role
Sales COE Intern – Business Development & Community Building
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and customer engagement
- Supporting passion projects aligned with global/local issues
- Market research and analysis
- Managing member communication and outreach
🔹 Learning Opportunities
Interns gain experience in:
- Sales planning and CRM tools
- Live event hosting and podcast execution
- Global collaboration and digital campaigns
- Mentorship and leadership development
🔹 Work Schedule
Flexible contribution of 2–4 hours per weekday, preferably overlapping with USA EST/PST time zones to connect with global vendors and users.
🔹 Compensation
This is an at-will internship with no fixed stipend. However, interns earn a 20% commission on verified revenue generated using their intern code.
🔹 Performance Review
Intern performance is evaluated periodically with structured feedback. High performers may receive:
- Extended responsibilities
- Mentorship opportunities
- Consideration for contract or full-time roles
