In the village of Banti, Narayanganj district, workers spread out thousands of freshly dyed pieces of cloth across a vast field. Under the blazing sun, the fabrics—rich in vibrant hues—are left to dry naturally before being turned into t-shirts and other garments sold around the world. Each day, nearly 10,000 pieces of cloth cover the field like a colorful sea. It takes about four hours for the fabrics to dry completely. The workers, earning less than £3 a day, depend on this work to support their families
