🚨Executive Summary;
– I’m Mr. Joseph Itotia Njeri going by the stage name of Rude Jay, an upcoming artist from Nairobi Kenya. I tell my story through singing and rapping. I do hip hop and rap, rnb, soul, Afrobeats and Afro pop. My music is both motivational and educational, sometimes romantic and love appealing. I narrate my life struggles through music and music is a passion that I indulge in when I’m feeling overwhelmed or going through some hard stuff. It helps me express my feelings and also helps me reach out to other people going through the same struggles or experiencing certain issues. Music is a very powerful medium and helps overcome anything boggling our minds.
As a musician, my mission is to not only entertain but to educate people going through various struggles. That might include life hurdles, love issues or spiritual matters. My music is one of a kind cause my style is both blended with African and Western culture, that’s a vibe on another whole new level. I sing and rap in both English and Swahili.
A passionate member of BSMe2e as a Newbies Level 1 – H1’25, I actively take part in quizzes, theme challenges, blogs and talent contests. I indulge in this while also advancing my passion projects for My Journey Into Music.
