Sometimes that world arrives as words. Sometimes it arrives as colour, atmosphere, imagery, symbolism, memory, rhythm, feeling, or simply a way of seeing that is difficult to explain.

Expression does not always happen in a straight line.

Sometimes words come too slowly. Sometimes there are too many. Sometimes the feeling exists before the language does.

You should not have to become someone else just to be understood.

Seen Through Visuals begins by making space for what already exists within you — then giving it a form that can be seen.

You do not need to turn everything into a perfect brief. World Within gathers what is needed for the creative process.

03 — I CREATE FROM WHAT YOU SHARED

What you’ve expressed through World Within becomes the foundation for your complimentary visual. “I work from what you have already provided, so you don’t have to repeat the process through email.”

04 — SEE YOUR WORLD TAKE FORM

Your one-page visual world is created and sent to the email address provided through World Within.

05 — THE CHOICE IS YOURS

If the result resonates and you want to continue with a personalised website or another paid service, you can choose “the next step outlined in the email.”

If it doesn’t resonate, or the timing isn’t right, that’s completely fine.

Delivery

100% digital — no physical shipping.

Finished work is delivered remotely through email or an appropriate cloud link.

• Graphics: JPG, PNG, or PDF
• Visual stories / animations: MP4 or GIF
• Web experiences: Live URL, with relevant access details where applicable
• Client communication: Primarily through email
• Initial creative information: Collected through the World Within experience before creation begins

Policy

Free Entry Design

The complimentary visual is provided at no cost, so no refund applies.

Paid Services

Once paid design work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included with all paid tiers. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel a paid service before work has started, contact Eseh through the designated business contact channel for resolution.

Creative Information

The work is created from the information, references, materials, and expression provided through World Within or subsequently agreed upon for the selected service. Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide are theirs to use.

Communication

Email is the primary client communication channel. WhatsApp may be available as an additional contact option when necessary, but it is not the primary channel for the creative process.

Choice & Consent

The Free Entry Design does not obligate you to purchase anything. Receiving the complimentary visual does not guarantee that a paid service will be offered, accepted, or continued. Any paid service begins only when the relevant service and payment have been agreed upon.
