Artist Spotlight: Ikorm Ogar
Lagos, Nigeria
Title: Impressions of Tomorrow
Medium: Ballpoint Pen on Paper
This powerful work reminds us that tomorrow is not something we simply inherit — it is something we build, one deliberate choice at a time.
Through identity, peace, labor, and vision, Ikorm captures a profound truth about the future of Africa and the responsibility we all carry in shaping it. The fingerprint expanding into the continent, the dove of peace, and the unseen workers all speak to the quiet but essential forces that turn vision into reality.
This is the kind of art that deserves global attention. It aligns meaningfully with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those focused on education, decent work, and peace.
We are proud to spotlight Ikorm Ogar and his work under the BSMe2e IMPACT Team as part of our mission to promote Global Art with purpose.
@ikorm.ogar — your vision is clear. The marks we leave today are already forming tomorrow.
