Morciré Kouyaté is a Guinean entrepreneur, leadership trainer, English language educator, and youth empowerment advocate whose professional journey reflects resilience, vision, and a strong commitment to developing future leaders. He began his career as an English teacher, working in secondary schools and private institutions in Conakry. During his years in education, he realized that many young people needed more than academic instruction—they needed guidance, confidence, leadership skills, and a sense of purpose. This realization inspired him to expand his impact beyond the classroom. Despite financial challenges and uncertainty, Morciré made the courageous decision to leave the relative stability of teaching and dedicate himself to building an organization focused on personal development and entrepreneurship. In 2022, he founded LET'S SHINE, an initiative designed to help young people discover their talents, strengthen their leadership abilities, and become the best version of themselves. Through LET'S SHINE, he has organized training programs, mentorship opportunities, leadership discussions, and personal development activities. He also succeeded in creating an international network that brought together more than 100 leaders, coaches, speakers, and professionals from different countries, promoting collaboration between French-speaking and English-speaking communities. In addition to his work with LET'S SHINE, Morciré serves as Director General of Concentric Industries DAO Guinea and Regional Director for West Africa, contributing to innovative projects focused on sustainability, renewable energy, and waste-to-energy solutions.
