Solly Bongani Banda strongly believes that giving back to the community will essentially be the best optimal results especially core focus on foundation phace level since kids are easy to adapt by ensure that I build camp (park) inside our arear to ensure the visible effect work done & attract not only with speech but also with action taken on hand. Further more, I have other related skills and knowledge base on Biblical study & Mindset Incubation Hub.
Solid structure — hitting spirit, body, and mind in one loop. It keeps the camp from being passive and makes it a real incubation ground.
*How it plays out:*
*1. Biblical study*
Sets the identity and authority. This is where the “taking control of the spiritual world on earth” gets named and grounded. If we skip this, the other two just become adventure activities. Anchor it in practical passages — responsibility, stewardship, dominion, not just devotional stuff.
*2. Obstacle course competition*
Makes the abstract concrete. We can’t talk about taking ground if people haven’t physically pushed through resistance. It tests grit, teamwork, leadership under pressure. Also a natural filter: people who check out here will check out in the mission too. Keep it safe, but make it real enough that finishing means something.
*3. Mindset Incubation Hub*
This is where we connect the two. After they’ve been in the Word and pushed physically, we process it. What beliefs held them back? What identity shifted? What skill do they need next to take that ground in real life? This is where tech skill and work technique get framed as tools for dominion, not just employment.
The flow matters: Word → Pressure → Reflection/Application. That sequence breaks old patterns and installs new ones.
For the first cohort, the key is making sure each piece has a clear “so what.”
Biblical study → “This is who you are.”
Obstacle course → “This is what it costs to act like it.”
Mindset Hub → “This is how you take it back home.
