Thick curd – 2 cups
Green chili – 1 ( finely chopped )
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece ( grated )
Mint leaves – 10-12
Salt to taste
Black salt – 1\2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1\2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1\2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1\2 tsp
Water – 1 cupPreparation time: 5 minutes
Making time: 5 minuts
Blend curd in a blender till smooth.
Add all the remaining ingredients and blend till mixed nicely.
Serve in glasses.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
You can add a few ice cubes to adding with khari boondi

how to make khari boond1 Cup Besan Flour

3 Tbsp Rice Flour

¾ Cup Water

¼ tsp Asafoetida

1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (adjust to taste)

1 small pinch Baking Soda

2 Tbsp Peanuts

6 Curry leaves

4 cloves Garlic

Oil – For fryingFirst take a mixing bowl and add the besan flour, rice flour, asafoetida, salt, ½ tsp of the red chilli powder, baking soda and mix nicely. Add the water, mix thoroughly without any lumps. Look at the pic for batter consistency. Adjust water quantity accordingly.Now heat the oil in a pan for frying
