so first of all we will wash the mutton liver kidney all items added water to eat at the double amount of water now’ added salt to eat so added one teaspoon salt here now add vinegar use the some vinegar. Which we use in chaumin if you do not have vinegar added to lemon juice to eat so here I am taking vinegar 3 tablespoon vinegar added it no we will mix it will and leave it as it is for 15 _20 minutes vinegar will remove the blood and smell from the mutton or items will become weight so we had a lift the mutton for 20 minutes no you can see the colour of the liver kidney , lens, heart you can see the difference in the colour. earlier and now you can easily compare. Have taken out the mutton into another Bowl 🥣 washed the mutton very well garlic paste two tablespoon, Chilli powder 1 tablespoon, turmeric powder one and half table spoon ,salt for test all item mixed take a cooker in medium flame 🔥 3 tablespoon oil pore the all items fry the high film so we have fried it very well We have taken 150 gram card no fry it will on high flame how fry it will no added water far gravy mixed it will after mixing it will add a garam masala powder here we have added a handful coriander and three green chilli no cover if for 2 minutes and slow medium flame so 2 minutes have completed you can see the tasty gravy.
