Heat the oil and saute the mince with all the ingredients on low flame except the onions.Let the mince simmer on low flame until done. After the curd and masalas get cooked well, add the fried onions and cashewnut paste. Mix well and cover the pan. Let it simmer on low flame for 10 min. After 10 min open the lid and stir well till the water dries. Switch off the gas. Garnish with the coriander and serve with paratha or white rice.
