I am a versatile and experienced professional specializing
in business planning, management consultancy, project management, and strategic
research. With a background in physics and electronics, I have held various
leadership roles across different sectors, including business administration,
agriculture, healthcare, and education. I have extensive experience in
designing and implementing programs, managing administrative functions, and
developing innovative technological solutions such as solar-powered storage
systems and medical equipment prototypes. Additionally, I have a strong passion
for teaching, having served as a lecturer and facilitator in academic
institutions. My career is driven by a commitment to innovative
problem-solving, sustainable development, and creating impactful programs that
benefit communities and businesses alike.

My motivation to get involved in mentoring Tony
Elumelu entrepreneurs stems from a deep commitment to fostering innovation,
entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. I believe in empowering emerging
business leaders with the knowledge, guidance, and support they need to
succeed. Mentoring these entrepreneurs allows me to contribute to their growth,
help them overcome challenges, and ultimately make a positive impact on their
communities and economies. It is both a rewarding and meaningful opportunity to
share my experience and help shape the next generation of business leaders.

 

The journey as a Tony Elumelu Foundation mentor has
been incredibly rewarding and inspiring. It has given me the opportunity to
connect with passionate entrepreneurs, understand their unique challenges, and
contribute to their growth and success. Witnessing their innovative ideas and
determination firsthand has reinforced my belief in the transformative power of
entrepreneurship. The experience has also enriched my own perspectives,

I see the Foundation’s mission of empowering African
entrepreneurs and fostering sustainable development aligning closely with my
own values of innovation, growth, and social impact. As a mentor, my goal is to
support entrepreneurs in realizing their potential, creating jobs, and
contributing positively to their communities. The Foundation’s emphasis on

One particularly rewarding mentoring experience I had
through the Tony Elumelu Foundation was working with a young startup founder
