Chapter 1
My journey is driven by a passion for sustainable development and solving food security issues in resource-limited communities. I have developed innovative, affordable dehydration systems—solar and multi-fuel—that empower small-scale farmers and food entrepreneurs. Through ongoing innovation and collaboration, I aim to transform food preservation practices, promote eco-friendly operations, and contribute to global goals of zero hunger, responsible consumption, and climate action. My work reflects a strong commitment to creating practical solutions that foster social, economic, and environmental progress.
