500 million smallholder farmers globally have no direct access to qualified crop health experts. The current reality:
• Farmers rely on pesticide sellers who push products for profit, not solutions
• Existing AI apps (Plantix, PlantNet) give generic diagnoses with no local context or language support
• No accountability exists when wrong advice causes crop loss
• Result: wrong treatment, chemical overuse, yield loss, food insecurity
Real example: A rice farmer in Bogura, Bangladesh was applying fungicide for 3 weeks with zero improvement. Root cause: the pesticide seller gave him the wrong product class entirely. He had no way to know. CropRx would have caught this in minutes.
No solution currently combines instant AI speed with human expert accuracy at a price farmers can actually afford.

CropRx provides professional agricultural advisory services only. The following terms apply:
• Scope: All advisory, prescriptions, and plans are for personal farming or gardening use only. The service provider offers diagnosis and guidance based on information and photos shared by the user. Physical field implementation is the user’s responsibility.
• Payment: Full payment required before delivery for home/garden diagnoses. 50% advance, 50% within 7 days of delivery for standard and large-scale cases. Payments accepted only via direct communication with the service provider through WhatsApp or Email.
• Liability: Agricultural outcomes depend on weather, soil, pest pressure, and user practices. The service provider is not liable for crop loss following implementation. One free clarification is offered if the advisory is unclear.
