Known as Apollo in childhood (born on same day as Neil Armstrong landed on moon).
Gorakhpur (0-8 years), next 20 years in Delhi
Last 20 years living in Bangalore
Dad was like Super 30. Very brilliant, ambitious, and achievement oriented. High learning agility. Went on to be MD of 3 companies.
Hardware of Dad and Software of Mom!
Married and blessed with 2 daughters

Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi
MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (Not good in public speaking. That was the only college which did not have GDs ;))
Got 1st job on Day 4 of MBA

Sleep

8-9 hours of sleep
Sleep comes first
Manage my sleeping time basis the next day event

Exercising

Building muscles is important
Go to gym 2 days a week
Go with wife (strengthen the muscle and relationship too!)

Eating

Should not gain weight
If I am running, I do not want to carry extra weight
Calorie control is the mantra

Expression

Living in the moment
Don’t remember too much of past and don’t have too much ambition for future
