I think about children through a lens of human potential, psychological depth, and developmental justice. My work sits at the intersection of early years pedagogy, child psychology, and community education, where I equip children with the skills, dispositions, and character attributes they need to thrive in an era increasingly shaped by AI.
I design and deliver Skills for Life and characterβbuilding workshops for parents, helping families cultivate emotionally intelligent, resilient, and futureβready children. My practice is grounded in emotional intelligence, relational pedagogy, and traumaβfocused CBT, which I model for professionals and parents to strengthen the environments children grow within. I am a trained yrainer for safeguarding and child protection and safer recruitments I am also trained in delivering phonics workshops and in spiriting professionals in creating the oracey programme.
I work with early years settings and schools to elevate quality, standards, and reflective practice, using data analysis to identify developmental patterns, behavioural shifts, and systemic needs. I am a strong believer in action through reflection and reflection through action β a cycle that drives continuous improvement and authentic transformation.
My professional strengths include writing thoughtβprovoking articles, shaping policy, embedding guidance into everyday practice, and creating microβlearning that makes complex concepts accessible and actionable. I champion a wholeβchild approach, especially crucial in this AIβdriven age where identity, character, and human connection must be intentionally protected and nurtured.
I bring a rare blend of psychological insight, pedagogical expertise, and community leadership β all in service of one purpose: to ensure every child grows into an emotionally literate, grounded, and futureβcapable adult.
