Raviranjan Tiwari’s journey is defined by early initiative, multidimensional growth, and a strong commitment to impact. As a young leader, filmmaker, athlete, and student from Nepal, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to not only pursue excellence across diverse fields but also create opportunities for others along the way. His journey is not built on waiting for direction—it is built on taking ownership, experimenting with ideas, and translating vision into action.
From a young age, Raviranjan showed a natural inclination toward leadership and responsibility. This drive led him to establish Umanga Youth Network (UYN), where he serves as Founder and CEO. Through this platform, he has worked to create a collaborative ecosystem for young individuals to come together, share ideas, and take initiative on projects that matter. His leadership is rooted in execution—organizing teams, initiating discussions, and ensuring that ideas move beyond planning into real-world application. UYN reflects his belief that youth are not passive participants in society but active drivers of change when given the right environment and mindset.
A significant part of Raviranjan’s journey lies in his deep commitment to cricket. As a professional wicketkeeper-batsman, he approaches the sport with discipline, consistency, and a performance-oriented mindset. Cricket has played a foundational role in shaping his character—teaching him resilience in failure, composure under pressure, and the importance of sustained effort over time. His training routine, match experiences, and continuous improvement reflect a professional approach at a young age.
However, Raviranjan’s contribution to cricket goes beyond personal ambition. Recognizing that many talented individuals lack access to proper training due to financial constraints, he initiated free weekend cricket practice sessions for college students.
